I contacted Norton Support, and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall Norton, which I did three times, but despite doing this the problem has remained. Ever since I have been receiving the following error message daily: "Norton Security Scan cannot launch because %CCROOT% failed in initialization." Despite the message, Norton seems to be working correctly, though I should also say it's strange in that I've received no notification of any kind from it since the upgrade either. Q: In February, I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
